How Sindhu SMS service was started?
Thought of using SMS for informing Sindhi people about the SAR and Pagadi, is the brain child of S.P.Sir. With the instrumental and responsive co-operation of Shri Rameshbhai Tanwani, Kolhapur Sindhi Samaj and Premanshu Manghirmalani, in the start of year 2009, this service was started for the Sindhis living in the Kolhapur city, which was shortly extended to Gandhinagar, Ichalkaranji, Sangli Miraj, the near by township with Sindhi population.

All we need to have 100 or more people registered from a particular city to make this service functional for that city.

This service is being introduced mainly to inform Sindhis about the Sar and Pagadi Vidhi.

This service will also cover information about the community events of local Sindhi society.

Information about the Sindhi Tithis [Gayaras Satnarayan etc] Din [Festivals] and other important day will be send by SMS to registered users of the service.
