For DAL:
100gm Chhana Dal,
2 Table spoon Ghee/Oil, 1/2 Table Spoon Red Chili powder,
1/4 Table Spoon Turmeric [Haidar] powder,1/2 Table spoon
Garam Masala, One Boiled Potato, Water, Salt to taste.
For PAKWAN :
200gm Maida
[FLOUR], 1/2 Table Spoon Jeera, Salt to taste, Oil |
